REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE POLICY

Solethreads believes in 100% satisfaction of its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a 7 Day Replacement Policy.

 

Replacement Policy

You can initiate the Replacement within 7 days of receiving your package.

 

You can opt-in for a replacement if you face any size issues within 7 days of receiving the product. Please go to 'Exchange' tab on navigation bar and submit the request for replacement specifying the reason for replacement. We would process the request and you would get a confirmation on the request raised within 48 hours of raising the Replacement Request.

 

  1. Pick up of order items within 2 working days post approval of the replacement request. No pickup on Sundays or Public holidays. Please repack the items in package received.
  2. The Replacement package will be Shipped out to you within 2 working days from the date of Return Pickup of your original product.
  3. Replacement Process Timeline: 4 days for the replacement product to be Shipped out to you from the date of Replacement Request.

 

NOTE: The product has to be in Unused condition with all Tags & packaging intact.
